The Rhode Island 2017-18 regular deer hunting season opens with archery / crossbow September 15 - January 31, 2018 (Zone 1) and October 1 - January 31, 2018 (Zone 2). Deer hunters are required to report their harvested animals within 24 hours of the kill, by using a simple pre-paid postage Kill Report Card
