The big question is: If the hoop wet time is a maximum two hours, can I drop my hoops at 4:15 a.m. Sept. 30, and pull them after the start time of 6 a.m.?  The answer is NO and here is why. Connecticut Deer Hunters Wanted for Private Properties in New Canaan

Deer hunting season in New Canaan opened Friday, Sept. 15, and certified bowhunters are available to come to private properties to reduce the herd free of charge. The announcement came at the Town Deer Committee meeting on Sept. 14 at Town Hall. Deer hunting in New Canaan is restricted to bow and arrow and private property.
