South Dakota Revises Proposed Changes to 2017-18 Non-Resident Waterfowl Licenses

Last week, the South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks (GFP) Commission adjusted its current proposal to the proposed distribution and number of nonresident temporary (three day) waterfowl licenses and made additional adjustments.
