Rhode Island 2018 Spring Turkey Hunting Season Opens April 26  The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (DEM) recently announced it is hosting a free informational seminar on wild turkey hunting Saturday, April 7, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m at the DEM Division of Fish & Wildlife Education Center, 1-B Camp E-Hun-Tee Place, Exeter. Space is limited and registration is required.  A special season for youth and paraplegic hunters will be open on April 21-22, followed by the opening of the regular turkey hunting season on April 26.
