Maine Closing a Portion of Somerset County to All Hunting Until Further Notice  Paul R. LePage, Governor of the State of Maine makes an emergency proclamation. WHEREAS, police are seeking a fugitive in connection with the shooting death of a Somerset County Deputy; and is considered armed, extremely dangerous, and remains at large.
