 The Florida EPIRB law (Bill CS-CS-HB 427), which stands for emergency position-indicating radio beacon, went into effect recently. According to a survey conducted by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. Minnesota’s ruffed grouse spring drumming counts were up 18 percent statewide this year compared to last year and Sharp-tailed grouse counts were down slightly.
