Rewards for Information on Hawaii Monk Seal Killings Tops $50,000

Local and national non-profit and non-governmental organizations are offering $50,000 for information about the killings of five Hawaiian seals, with the February suspicious death of seal R4DP near ‘Ele‘ele on Kaua‘i making the matter even more urgent. Since 2011, these groups have offered $10,000 rewards for information leading to the arrest and conviction of people involved in the killing of Hawaiian monk seals. Forecast Good for Missouri 2017 Spring Turkey Season

Missouri turkey hunters can expect a good spring season overall according to the Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC). The spring turkey hunting season starts with a youth-only weekend April 8-9. The regular spring season runs April 17 through May 7. New Mexico Special Hunter Ed Camp at Philmont Scout Ranch April 28-30

The New Mexico Department of Game and Fish is offering a special hunter education camp where youths can receive hands-on training and earn their hunter education certification. Indiana DNR Reminds Anglers of Bass Rule at Kunkel Lake

Indiana anglers headed to Kunkel Lake in Ouabache State Park near Bluffton this spring must follow a largemouth bass rule concerning fish size and the daily bag limit.
