Any leftover Wyoming licenses from the initial draw will be distributed through a leftover draw. The list of leftover licenses will be available below, on June 22. The application period will be five days, June 26-30, 2017. The majority of remaining Elk, Antelope and Deer licenses are for hunt areas in which it may be difficult to obtain access.   The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) reports Dominik Penner of Merriam Woods Village became the most recent record-breaking angler in Missouri when he caught a redear sunfish on Table Rock Lake.
