Wisconsin Issues Emergency Rules for Harvesting Catfish  Emergency rules establishing bag limits, season dates, and other regulations for harvesting catfish with a bow, crossbow or by hand are now in place while the Wisconsin DNR staff complete a companion permanent rule.
