Texas Draws First of Three Lifetime License Winners - Still Time To Enter

Joanne Stirt is the first winner of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department’s Lifetime License Drawing this fall. We’ve had a deer lease for about 23 years and I go out there every year, says Stirt, who entered the drawing for $5 and won an $1,800 Lifetime Super Combo hunting and fishing license. But, I got into fishing the last couple of years and just love it.
