The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is closing TX-31 in St. Charles Bay to commercial and recreational oyster harvest on Monday, Jan. 30. 2017. This closing is based on samples collected in January 2017 by TPWD in response to concerns expressed by the oyster industry.
