State of Emergency Declared as Mass Polar Bear Invasion Raids Russian Town   A small town in Russia declared a state of emergency over last weekend after a mass polar bear invasion left residents afraid to leave their homes. Polar bears are massive in size, and notorious for their aggressive behavior. Adult male polar bears can weigh between 772–1,543 pounds and stand nearly 10-feet-tall!
