September is Kentucky's Quota Hunt Application Month

The quota hunt application period in Kentucky also coincides with September’s arrival. The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources administers quota hunts across the state for deer, pheasant, quail, upland birds and waterfowl.
