Rhode Island 2016-2017 Waterfowl Seasons – Duck Season Opens Oct 7

The Rhode Island 2016-2017 waterfowl season is opening soon. The season for ducks, coots, and mergansers opens October 7 – 10, 2016 - November 23 – 27, 2016 and December 3, 2016 – January 22, 2017. The daily bag limit shall be six (6): Including no more than four (4) mallards of which two (2) may be hen mallards, three (3) wood ducks, two (2) redheads, one (1) black duck, two (2) pintails, two (2) canvasbacks, and two (2) scaup.
