Oregon Steelhead Bag Limit Cut on the Columbia River above McNary Dam

Oregon sport fishermen may only retain one hatchery steelhead upstream of McNary Dam, effective Sept. 15 - Dec. 31, under rules adopted by Columbia River fishery managers.
