Oregon Anglers: Release Copper, Quillback & China Rockfish Starting Aug 23

Oregon anglers must release copper, quillback, and China rockfish when fishing from a boat, beginning 12:01 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 23 as the harvest guideline for these species has been met.
