North Carolina Fly-Tying Event in Fayetteville March 19

The N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission and the Fayetteville chapter of Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing are holding the Third Annual Marabou Madness Fly-Tying Event on March 19 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., at the Pechmann Fishing Education Center in Fayetteville.
