by TBC Press on 01/27/16The application deadline for the spring wild turkey hunt is fast approaching for Nevada hunters. Applications for limited entry units must be submitted online and will be accepted until 11 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2. Hunters should be advised that a significant portion of the turkey populations in limited entry units occurs on private lands and permission should be obtained from a landowner before applying for these hunts. Internet applications will not be available for open quota units or counties. Instead, paper applications are required and may be obtained from participating landowners. READ MORE
