Montana Upper Missouri River Paddlefish Lottery Tag Applications Due March 29  Paddlefish anglers planning to harvest a fish in the Upper Missouri River (From Fort Peck Dam to Fort Benton) will need to apply for an Upper Missouri River Paddlefish Tag.
