Mississippi Angler Catches New State and World Record Longnose Gar   On Saturday, September 10, Mississippi angler, Don Henson of Southaven, went fishing at the Sardis Lake spillway. Hoping to catch a monster catfish, Mr. Henson drifted a shad through the current.  After fishing about 10 minutes, he noticed his float had disappeared and he was fast into a large fish.
