Minnesota State Parks Offer a Fishing Opener for Everyone

The fishing opener is quickly approaching and Minnesota state parks make it easy for all residents to participate in the fun. Any state resident who wants to participate in that annual rite of spring can now do so easily and for free at most state parks and recreation areas.
