Maine Accepting Applications for 2020 Moose Hunting Lottery  Maine is now accepting applications for the 2020 Moose Hunting Lottery. Applications must be completed by 11:59 pm (ET) on May 14, 2020. MDIFW no longer accepts paper applications – you must apply online. Note: Apprentice licenses may NOT be used by a lottery winner to receive a permit.
