Georgia 2019 Quota Hunt Applications for All hunts open June 1st, except rabbit, youth small game and dog-deer, which open September 1. Quota hunts are managed hunts that allow a set number of hunters to participate. This management tool is used to protect natural resources, provide a high-quality hunting experience, and maintain a high level of safety.
