Freediver Hauls up Record-Size Alaska Halibut

John Dornellas traveled to Alaska recently hoping to spear a giant Pacific halibut, and the avid freediver appears to have set a world record that'll be difficult to break. Dornellas, who was on a family vacation from Florida, prevailed in an epic battle that began moments after after he spotted the halibut's massive frog eyeball protruding from the sand, and fired his spear.
