Arkansas 2019-2020 Waterfowl Hunting Re-Opens  Arkansas waterfowl hunters were back at it Wednesday, Dec. 11, with the resumption of the state's 60-day season. A cold front that passed through the state earlier this week may have pushed more ducks into the state, according to anecdotal reports from the south and east Arkansas Delta area.
