American Shad Return to the New Jersey Musconetcong River

After an absence of at least a century, American shad have returned to the Musconetcong River in Hunterdon and Warren counties, the NJ Department of Environmental Protection’s Division of Fish and Wildlife and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service recently announced.
