Alaska Reopens Hunting for Emperor Geese in 2018   Hardcore waterfowl hunters take note! Starting in 2018, nonresident hunters will be allowed to hunt emperor geese in Alaska for the first time in 31 years. But you'll have to act fast to apply for one of the 25 nonresident permits available for fall 2018/winter 2019.
