Georgia’s dove hunting season opens Sat. Sept. 1, 2018, according to the Georgia DNR’ Wildlife Resources Division (WRD). Beginning September 1, portions of the Mogadore Public Hunting Area will be open to public hunting using archery equipment only, according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR).
