Paper Application Deadline for Arizona 2019 Spring Hunts is Sept 11  The Arizona Game and Fish Department is accepting paper applications for 2019 hunt permit-tags issued through the draw process for spring turkey, javelina, bison and bear. The online application service is expected to be available in early to mid-September. The deadline for all paper applications is 7 p.m. (Arizona time) Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2018. Postmarks do not count.
