The Arizona Game and Fish Department is accepting paper applications for 2019 hunt permit-tags issued through the draw process for spring turkey, javelina, bison and bear.
The online application service is expected to be available in early to mid-September.
The deadline for all paper applications is 7 p.m. (Arizona time) Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2018. Postmarks do not count.
Applicants must have a valid Arizona hunting license to apply for a spring hunt permit-tag. But consider buying more than just an individual hunting license. Go online and purchase a combo hunt and fish license that will be valid for the next 365 days – and for only $20 more (for state residents) than the price of an individual hunting or fishing license.
