ODFW Updates on 2020 Pacific Halibut Sportfishing Season Openings   ODFW fisheries managers announce the following decisions on the 2020 Pacific halibut sportfishing season openings for Columbia River all-depth and nearshore, Central Coast spring all-depth, Central Coast nearshore and Southern Oregon Subarea.
