Important Application Information for Wyoming 2020 Deer/Elk Hunters

To apply for limited quota drawings or preference points, visit the Game and Fish Apply or Buy page at https://wgfd.wyo.gov/apply-or-buy. For questions call (307) 777-4600 between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
The Governor of Wyoming has issued a directive requiring any individual coming to Wyoming from another state or country for a non-work-related purpose to immediately self-quarantine for 14 days. For visits fewer than 14 days, that individual must self-quarantine for the duration of the visit.
COVID-19
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and continue to enjoy outdoor activities during this pandemic, ALL outdoorsmen (man, woman, child) must follow the guidelines (set by nps.gov) to help control the spread of COVID-19. These guidelines include; social distancing, the Leave No Trace principles, including pack-in and pack-out, to keep outdoor spaces safe and healthy.

Wyoming Game and Fish Department wants to remind deer/elk hunters of important information regarding applications for the 2020 season.
1) REMINDER - Nonresident elk draw results is tentatively May 21st. The modify/withdraw deadline is May 8th.
2) The deadline to apply for resident elk and resident and nonresident deer and antelope is June 1. Applications available online at https://wgfd.wyo.gov/apply-or-buy
