As the deadline draws near to enter the 11th annual Arizona Big Game Super Raffle, the Arizona Game and Fish Department is receiving inquiries about what the raffle is and how it works. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has completed its annual survey of waterfowl breeding pairs. Late last week Hawaii Governor David Ige signed SB 2954, a bill which would allow the registration of firearm owners in a centralized database operated by the FBI.
