South Dakota 2019 Nest Predator Bounty Program opened April 1 – August 31 for primary nest predators - raccoons, striped skunks, badgers, opossums, and red fox. Participants will receive $10 per tail for the species outlined above unless a cap of $500,000 occurs first. This is a South Dakota resident-only program. Participants may submit up to $590 worth of tails per household. An individual can trap these five species year-round, however the bounty will run until the cap amount occurs.
