The MDC announces it will offer Missourians the state’s first elk-hunting season in modern history starting fall 2020. Montana Cancels 2020 Paddlefish Season on Yellowstone, Lower Missouri   The Montana 2020 paddlefish seasons on the Yellowstone and Lower Missouri rivers (yellow tag) are canceled. Last week’s closure of the Buffalo National River in Arkansas, closes all use of the Buffalo National River WMA until further notice.
