States and Tribes Permit to Expand Sea Lion Removal in the Columbia River

The National Marine Fisheries Service recently issued a permit to the three NW States, including Oregon, Washington, and six regional Tribes that were co-applicants to lethally remove sea lions in some areas of the Columbia River basin.
