  The application deadline for Main's 2019 any-deer permit lottery is August 15. Applications are accepted only online. It is free to apply for the any-deer permit lottery. During a recent conference call, the Montana FWC lifted all fishing restrictions at Willow Creek Reservoir near Augusta.
