California 2019-20 general upland game bird hunting season will open in mid-September for several species in specific zones around the state, providing hunters with many opportunities to bring home some delicious table fare.   John Dornellas traveled to Alaska recently hoping to spear a giant Pacific halibut, and the avid freediver appears to have set a world record that'll be difficult to break.
