  The McNay Fire that started around noon Sunday has forced the emergency closure of the Lone Pine section on the Cherokee State Wildlife Area (SWA), Colorado Parks and Wildlife announced Monday. As of Sept 13, as part of a catch-and-immediate-release season, anglers can target lake sturgeon at three Michigan waterbodies. These new opportunities come courtesy of a regulation change recently approved by the Michigan DNR.
