Missouri's highest court has ruled the state has a right to regulate deer hunting companies to control a deadly brain disease affecting the animals. A recent ruling involved owners of hunting preserves who challenged regulations imposed by the Missouri Department of Conservation in 2014. One Hundred Vermont Hunters Failed to Meet New Bear Tooth Rule Requirements

After anglers expressed frustration reeling in pieces of desired fish species that had been attacked by sharks.The Alabama State Parks System managers instituted a pilot program to allow a limited number of anglers to fish for sharks on the octagon end of the pier on Sun and Tuesdays.
