South Dakota Approves 2019 Fishing Regulation Changes

The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks (GFP) Commission recently approved several changes to the 2019 fishing regulations. The commission removed fish possession limits at an angler’s permanent residence, liberalized fishing regulations, removed the closed fishing seasons for game fish on Minnesota/South Dakota border waters.
