Applications for an unlimited number of Pennsylvania licenses in in 2B, 5C and 5D WMUs can be made by mail only began Monday, August 6, 2018. Unsold License, 2nd Round - Monday, August 20. Over-the-counter sales in 2B, 5C and 5D WMUs begin Monday, August 27, 2018. All other WMUs - Monday, October 1.
