New AIS Rules for Montana Nonresident Boaters and Anglers

New this year, nonresidents launching watercraft in Montana must purchase a Vessel AIS Prevention Pass. The Montana Legislature reduced the fee nonresident anglers pay for the Angler Aquatic Invasive Species Prevention Pass (AISPP).
