Louisiana Big Bass Rodeo & Fishtival in New Orleans March 24  The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) is getting ready for the 71st annual Big Bass Rodeo and Fishtival in New Orleans City Park on Saturday, March 24.
