Iowa Marble Beach State Recreation Area Opens

Iowa's Marble Beach State Recreation Area opened its doors to campers on July 1. The popular park was closed for two years while renovations took place, including constructing a new shower building, new camp pads, upgraded sewer and electric, and more. Electrical hook-ups have been upgraded to 50 amps from 30 amps, and the campground offers a new class of campsites, which provide standard electric with water.
