Arkansas Accepting Online Applications for 2019-20 Waterfowl Hunts  Hunters looking for excellent opportunities to limited-access public hunting land can apply online for special permit waterfowl hunts on three wildlife management areas and 11 private fields leased by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.
