Apply for Kansas 2018 Tuttle Creek Youth-Handicap Assisted Deer Hunt by Aug 25  Plans are underway for the 15th Annual Youth-Handicap Assisted Deer Hunt at Tuttle Creek Lake in Kansas. Kansas youth age 11 through 16 and Kansas residents with a certified disability are eligible.
