   ODFW is cancelling both Lookout Mt. Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep hunts in northeastern Oregon. Hunters will not be able to apply for or draw a tag to hunt bighorns in this herd during the fall 2020 season. The cancelled hunts are in the Lookout Mt. The Iowa 2020 paddlefish fishing season opened Feb. 4 on the Missouri and Big Sioux Rivers and goes through April 30 (sunrise to sunset).  Anglers fishing for paddlefish must have a valid Iowa fishing license, along with a special paddlefish license and unused transportation tag(s).    The Arkansas GFC waived all fishing license and trout permit requirements for residents and nonresidents starting March 21 through 11:59 p.m Sunday, March 29. The special waiver is in response to the extended spring break by many schools.
