  The Tennessee 2018-19 statewide and Reelfoot Zone waterfowl hunting season opened Dec. 1 and will continue until Jan. 27, 2019. Utah's forest grouse hunt ends Dec. 31. As the hunt enters its final month, Jason Robinson, upland game coordinator for the Division of Wildlife Resources, says reports he's received, plus what he's seen while hunting forest grouse this year, indicates the number of ruffed grouse in Utah is slightly above average this fall.   Wyoming pheasant hunters who enjoy hunting birds from Downar Game Bird Farm have another week to pursue their quarry.  The game bird farm will have enough pheasants to continue stocking birds twice a week through Dec. 14.   Colorado Parks and Wildlife is still seeking information about two bull elk killed illegally in western Colorado in early November; and now a $1,250 reward is being offered for information on the crime. Florida's second phase of waterfowl and coot season opens statewide Dec. 8 and runs through Jan. 27. Duck hunters also must get a Florida waterfowl permit ($5) and a federal duck stamp.
